Finally it was my big moment to shine and make my parents proud of my brother and I. Last night was cultural festival at St Patrick's School. I was excited about everything especially all the money we were fundraising for was the junior playground. Cultural festival is when we celebrate different countries by dancing and singing. I celebrated Tonga by performing a war dance called
Taufakaniua.
It was challenging because we had to keep up with the drum beat. My best highlight was when our group pointed at the crowd with our sticks. They stood up and cheered at us, I was really happy. I would like to thank Manase's older brothers for helping us prepare for this big day.
